This is a working demo of the booking system I've built for AB Barbers. Every screen below is clickable. Book an appointment as a customer, then watch what happens on your phone and on the shop's day-sheet.
The current system sends no reminders, has no cancel link and no deposits. If someone forgets, the chair is dead for 30 minutes and you find out when they don't walk in.
When someone does cancel, it's by phone — and the slot stays empty because nobody else knows it's free.
Morning-of text with a one-tap cancel. The second it's cancelled the slot goes back on sale and the drop-list gets texted. And customers who book twice get invited into the club.
